Support Worker - Extra Care - Maternity Cover at Community Integrated Care
What you’ll do
* Provide Personal Care and support as needed
* Assist with Moving and Positioning and with Medication/Meals as required
* Support people with Dementia care and provide Emergency First Aid when needed
* Spend the whole shift with the person you support to make the biggest impact on their lives
* Promote independence and social inclusion within the home and the local community
* Work as part of a new purpose-built Extra Care Scheme in Ash Brow, HD2
* Be available for on-site support; on-site staff are available 24 hours for emergencies
Shift patterns
* Morning – 6.30am to 2.00pm
* Afternoon – 2.00pm to 10.00pm
* Nights – 10.00pm to 8.00am
