What youll be doing as Customer Service Representative:
Youll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction is professional, positive, and solution focused. You will:
* Process orders, returns, complaints and credits
* Maintain accurate customer account information
* Resolve product or service queries, investigating and providing the best solutions within agreed SLAs
* Manage inbound calls and emails effectively
* Build strong relationships through proactive communication
* Support Key Account Managers in achieving team sales targets
