Telesales Support Executive Monday - Friday / 8:30am - 4:30pm £12.60 per hour Aldridge - WS9 Responsible for taking customer orders accurately and help the team identify new sales opportunities resulting in a higher business revenue, customer retention and providing excellent customer service. Job Duties: Communicating clearly with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities, involving processing verbal and electronic order requests. Building new and ongoing relationships with customers, including gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products to maintain accurate records Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls according to customers specific time requests and completing daily call lists as allocated to meet targets set Using product knowledge to upsell products, and introduce new products to customers, including evaluating customer reports to highlight additional areas of potential sales opportunities Escalating customer complaints promptly to line manager to allow these to be investigated and resolved in a timely manner to the customers satisfaction Completing general administration duties as allocated by line manager to support the smooth running of the department Sending electronic correspondence to customers as required, including order reminders, product information and any other subjects as required to keep customers informed throughout Provide an excellent level of customer service at all times to reflect the standards of the business at all times. Experience: Demonstrable sales experience of achieving targets. Demonstratable experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily.
