After asolid few years of growth, we're building a team that can take usto the next level. That means adding a New Business Sales Executivewho gets it — someone who knows how to turn conversations intocontracts and isn’t afraid to get out there and build.
TheRole
As our New Business Sales Executive, you’ll beresponsible for winning new business across our core sectors:workplace, hospitality and QSR. You’ll handle the full sales cycle —from initial outreach to client meetings, proposals, and handover toour design and delivery team.
This isn’t an entry-levelrole. We’re seeking an individual with confidence, industryexperience, and the ability to close. You’ll report directly to theManaging Director, work alongside our creative and delivery teams, andhave access to great support — but ultimately, you’re responsible foryour own pipeline.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Targetingnew business opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, outboundoutreach, and lead follow-up.
· Building relationships withkey decision-makers within target industries.
· Meetingclients face-to-face to understand needs and pitch solutions.
· Creating tailored proposals in-line with company processes.
· Handing over to our in-house team and staying involvedthrough to delivery.
· Hitting/exceeding quarterly and annualsales targets.
· Managing your own CRM and sales admin withdiscipline.
What You Need to Bring
· Proven salesexperience within B2B roles with interiors/furniture/fit-outbackground.
· Minimum 2-3 years industry experience.
·Confident communicator with strong commercial instincts.
·Organised, self-motivated, and relentless when it comes to followingup.
· Comfortable working to targets with a base salary +commission model.
· Experience in selling to SMEs, growingbrands, or franchise networks is a bonus.
· A clean drivinglicence and willingness to travel to client sites across the UK isessential.
