We are looking for a kind, thoughtful and playful 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to support a child in our Steiner-Waldorf school community for four hours a week (days negotiable). Inspired by the work of Rudolf Steiner, we value relationship, creativity and the whole child. We are committed to being a neurodiversity-affirming environment where differences are welcomed and honoured and each child is supported to flourish as their authentic self. This role focuses on nurturing language development and gently supporting peer play; helping the child build confidence, connection and communication within the class. You will work in partnership with the teacher, SENCo and family to build on the child’s strengths and support their participation in class life.
