Responsibilities
- Serve customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes promptly and courteously with a proactive attitude.
- Perform general warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems, putting it away, and picking and packing customer orders (manual handling of heavy items).
- Work a full‑time, permanent schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with one Saturday every two weeks from 8am to 12pm, paid as overtime.
Qualifications
- Approachable and supportive attitude towards customers.
- Quick learner who can assist in a busy branch.
- Experience in plumbing and heating is favourable.
