Genus ABS is seeking an Associate Reproduction Management Specialist to deliver reproductive services to farms across South Wales, ideally based around Monmouth. This role involves working outdoors with livestock, building relationships with farmers, and contributing to herd fertility and productivity.
You Will
* Visit customer herds to heat‑detect cows and analyse computer records before artificially inseminating the appropriate animals.
* Support the farm team to improve fertility within the herd, producing healthier and more productive cows to meet business goals.
* Work with colleagues to provide outstanding customer service and animal health and welfare, increasing customer loyalty to Genus ABS products and services.
* Make informed decisions based on the genetic plan, animal behaviour and data available; identify solutions and present recommendations to improve personal and team performance.
Requirements
* Full driving licence.
* Previous work experience with livestock or large animals.
* Available to work on a flexible, part‑time zero‑hour basis on a rota across 7 days a week, including some early starts; shifts are planned at least one month in advance.
* Ability to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship either now or in the future.
