As our community continues to grow, we're looking for a Digital Support Co-ordinator to help us deliver the same seamless, polished experience online as we do in person.

What You'll Do
* Manage booking platforms (Glowfox & Bookwhen): keeping spa bookings, classes, and events accurate and up to date.
* Oversee memberships: renewals, queries, and payment control.
* Build, schedule, and monitor email campaigns (Klaviyo essential).
* Support the social media manager with scheduling and light design (Canva).
* Update and maintain website content (WordPress or similar CMS), with a focus on spa and wellness services.
* Liaise with developers or troubleshoot basic website fixes.
* Provide regular reporting on bookings, memberships, and campaigns.
* Assist with finance admin, including membership debt control.
* Ensure all digital touchpoints feel seamless, professional, and aligned with Jayde's luxury spa experience.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in digital support, marketing, or admin.
* Strong knowledge of Klaviyo (flows, automations, campaigns).
* Confident with Glowfox and Bookwhen booking systems.
* Comfortable updating and managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS).
* Skilled with Canva or similar for quick design updates.
* Organised, detail-focused, and solutions-driven.
* Basic finance/membership admin skills.
* A clear communicator with a genuine interest in wellness and spa culture.

Location: Liverpool (Hybrid)
Contract: Part-time, with potential to grow
Reports to: Social Media Manager / Brand Manager
