The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Poultry Farm Manager to join a highly respected agricultural business at their breeder laying farm in Lincolnshire. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the farm, staff, and all associated operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of bird health and welfare. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a positive attitude, capable of motivating and leading farm staff. The Package:
1. Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 DOE

Hours of Work:
1. 39-hour week, Monday to Friday
2. Alternate weekend working
