You’ll report directly to the Head of Legal and work semi-autonomously on a wide range of non-contentious commercial property matters. These include landlord and tenant matters, lease negotiations, title and covenant management, and supporting long-term development projects. The role also involves input into wider commercial agreements, construction documentation and strategic governance work.

Who we’re looking for:
* UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in commercial property
* Confident handling lease negotiations, asset management, and transactional property work
* Able to give clear, commercially relevant legal advice across a variety of matters
* Strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable working across teams
