Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Loughborough (Hybrid Considered)
We're looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support social housing contracts, focusing on cost control, reporting, and supplier management across Repairs, Voids, and Planned Works.
Requirements:
* Surveying experience, ideally in social housing
* Knowledge of NHF SORs and contract conditions
* Strong Excel/IT skills
* Negotiation and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
Salary & Benefits: Up to £45,000 per year, plus bonus, car allowance, 25 days leave + birthday off, private healthcare, pension, and training opportunities.
Location: Loughborough, LE11 (office-based with some hybrid flexibility)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00-16:30 / 8:30-17:00
