EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
You'll perform plumbing tasks and other duties. While delivering top-notch customer service while meeting health and safety, financial, KPI, statutory, quality, and contractual requirements. This role allows you to start work from home and travel across your region daily, so a UK Driving Licence is essential.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and maintain client relationships within your area.
* Collaborate with the scheduling team and operations supervisor. Conduct monitoring and tasks as directed by your scheduler/line manager.
* Perform plumbing works as needed.
* Provide technical support to customers and colleagues.
* Schedule and manage multi-site visits.
* Conduct hazard/risk assessments on individual sites.
