Are you a hands-on Marketing Manager? We are looking for a Marketing Manager to drive our marketing strategy and get stuck into delivery. This is a pivotal role for someone who enjoys shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to make it happen. You'll work closely with our talented team to inspire travellers and generate high-quality enquiries - one day mapping out campaigns, the next editing website content, or launching PPC activity. This isn't just a management role; you'll lead, shape and do. The Job: * Strategy & planning: Develop and deliver our marketing strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand values. * Digital marketing: Own PPC, retargeting and paid social. Analyse and optimise performance, confidently jumping in to set up and manage campaigns when needed. * Website & SEO: Oversee and create content, SEO and CRO, working with developers to implement improvements.
