Grow 19 is a SEND College for learners aged 18-25 who have an EHCP. Our learners have a range of learning difficulties, autism, speech, language and communication needs. We offer vocational and living skills programmes, supporting learners to be ready for work, supported employment, independent living or community involvement.
We aim to give all learners opportunities to discover new ways, new skills and knowledge that engage them, develop them and will lead to them being exceptionally well prepared for their next steps and a positive, meaningful future.
Grow 19 is recruiting two full-time tutor/teaching assistants to join our dedicated team at our small, dynamic and practical based college. (September start)
Successful candidates will either be experienced tutor/teaching assistants who have previously worked in the FE sector or have a passion to work with young adults and support their onwards pathways. Grow 19 is looking to recruit tutor assistants who enjoys team working and taking responsibility.
