The Role
Working for an independent restaurant company with a small number of City Centre based sites, this is a great opportunity to join as a General Manager at a busy fresh food restaurant in a prominent city location.
You will be taking total accountability for this popular and established restaurant, leading and developing the team to achieve the highest standards and working with the chefs to deliver excellent fresh food to concept standards.
A volume driven restaurant operating at the top end of the casual dining market, candidates should be able to drive their teams and culture to deliver consistency and pace.
The Candidate
The successful candidate for this opportunity will need a track record as a General Manager and will enjoy working within an evolving and forward-thinking environment.
They will need able to demonstrate their ability to deliver volume and quality, be proactive and be able to work with a good degree of autonomy.
A passion for hospitality and food and drink trends is essential and good knowledge of the Birmingham market would be advantageous.
