Pay: £12.40 per hour (Days) | Up to £16.66 per hour (Nights)

About the role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Transport Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced transport operation based in Brackmills, Northampton. This is a PM shift role and possibly AM, ideal for someone with previous transport experience who is confident communicating with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Key responsibilities
* Handling inbound and outbound phone calls confidently and professionally
* Supporting the transport team with daily administrative tasks
* Liaising with drivers regarding routes, times, and issues
* Updating transport systems and paperwork accurately
* Communicating clearly with internal departments and customers
