Clinical Team Lead | Yorkshire | £20–£22 per hour
Castlefield is delighted to be supporting a Healthcare client with the appointment of a motivated Clinical Team Lead to join their Surgical Services Team. This is a great opportunity for someone to support a busy team and grow into a hands‑on leadership role.
You will work closely with senior leadership to help coordinate day‑to‑day operations and support the wider team in delivering safe, effective, and patient‑focused care.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the smooth running of pre‑assessment and surgical services across sites
* Provide day‑to‑day guidance and support to nursing and administrative teams
* Help maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and experience
* Assist with service improvements, audits, and compliance with clinical guidelines
* Contribute to rota coordination, capacity planning, and patient flow, including reducing delays
About You
* Registered healthcare professional
* Experience within pre‑assessment settings
* Some team leadership or senior staff experience (formal management experience desirable but not essential)
* Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
* A proactive, team‑focused approach with a commitment to quality care
