Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Client Accountant to join our Client Accounting team based in our Leeds office.
The primary function of this role is to manage the finances of client monies held on behalf of investors to support the management of a property portfolio. The Client Accountant has ultimate responsibility for all cash held within their assigned portfolio, including rents, service charges, sinking funds, deposits, VAT, and other financial transactions.
Savills primarily uses MRI for client information, but this role may require working on one or more of our clients’ own Property Management Systems.

Team Overview
The team consists of five members: one Associate Director, two Client Accountants, and two Apprentices.
We are a close-knit team; working collaboratively to support each other and ensure we meet our clients’ expectations.
