Competent Chef de Partie required for this recently opened luxury Hotel based at Manchester airport. Unique opportunity to work within a hotel with no conference and banquet facilities – Restaurant only! Covers range from 200 – 300 per night, working from a freshly prepared menu with an Italian influence. 40 hours per week with over time paid!
Your role will be to work under an experienced Head and Sous Chef, assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen. You will be required to work across all areas of the kitchen, including breakfast. This is a great opportunity for a driven and ambitious Chef looking to make their mark on an already successful business and help to take it to the next level. Straight shifts, paid overtime, whites provided, meals on duty, strong tip share paid monthly plus staff room rates at all hotels within the group – worldwide!
- A starting salary of £28,600.
