You are registered with the appropriate governing body and bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. With post‑registration experience, you’re a team player across departments with a passion for exceptional patient care.
As a Theatre Practitioner in Anaesthetic, you will:
* Work with leading consultants and like‑minded professionals.
* Enjoy a varied caseload with state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities.
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.
* Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence‑based.
* Ensure the safe administration of anaesthetics and monitor vital signs throughout surgical procedures.
* Participate in maintaining a sterile operating environment and adhering to all safety protocols.
* Collaborate closely with anaesthetists and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and interact closely with colleagues on the ward.
