Salary: Max £70k (+ benefits)
Location: REMOTE predominantly, occasional travel to Lancashire office may be required.
Our client is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support their team with digital transformation projects, primarily involving local government clients and revenue & benefits processes.
Experience:
* Operational change management
* Experience with Local Government Bodies
* Knowledge of Revenue & Benefits processes

Key Tasks:
* Specify and model business requirements, ensuring completeness and clarity, aligned with statutory and regulatory standards.
* Use modelling and process mapping techniques to support business change initiatives.
* Analyze processes for deficiencies and improvement opportunities, presenting proposals to stakeholders.
* Maintain documentation such as process maps and specifications.
* Communicate effectively to understand and align with business needs.
* Assess risks and suggest mitigation strategies for recommendations.
* Identify processes and IT needs for implementing changes.
