Job Title: Senior Business Data Analyst
Job Description
This role is positioned within the Group Data Office on the Data Accelerator Project. The Senior Business Data Analyst will be instrumental in producing High-Level Analysis Documents that define the target architecture and future delivery roadmap, balancing implementation options, risks, costs, and benefits.
Responsibilities
* Develop the initial concept for a self-serve data solution and engage priority user cohorts.
* Create an automated, well-governed data marketplace enabling colleagues to search, consume, and publish certified data and BI solutions.
* Develop a Unique Customer ID to support straight-through digital processes and incorporate priority interactions data.
* Update digital channels via iPaaS for key operational processes.
* Master prospective customer data to support onboarding journeys and optimise matching rules.
* Create a Golden Sources Register for master data management.
* Incorporate priority interactions data and capture metadata for key data elements in Salesforce Customer 360.
* Ensure connectivity to Microsoft D365 CRM.
Essential Skills
* Experience in data quality analysis and data analysis.
* Proficiency in master data management technologies such as Informatica MDM and STEP MDM.
* Familiarity with CRM systems such as Microsoft D365 and Salesforce D360.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with Pension PAS and Protection PAS.
* Understanding of CCaaS (Customer Service as a Service) and iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service).
