Now, were happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Harrogate. The salary ranges from £26,000–£28,000.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of properties and build strong relationships along the way.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
* Regularly carrying out property inspections to ensure properties are well maintained
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure positive customer experience.
* Manage tenancy matters, including deposits and disputes
We’re looking for someone who has the following:
* Experience in Property Management or Lettings
* Knowledge of inventories and lettings regulations
* Confidence in handling tenant queries and deposit returns
* Self‑motivated, team‑focused approach
