We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary for a fantastic opportunity within a renowned Birmingham based firm on a part time, permanent basis (3 days a week). This is an opportunity within a fast-paced and exciting Conveyancing team. The responsibilities of the role are to include:
Audio and copy-typing capabilities
Offering expert and efficient administrative support to the full team
Successful liaison with clients via telephone and email
Working professionally as part of the wider team with a meticulous eye for detail
Organisation of case bundles
The successful applicant would ideally possess experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Administration role and be keen to progress within business support. You will have strong IT skills and be an excellent communicator and have a client focused approach to your work!
