Teaching Personnel is looking for dedicated full-time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in a range of SEN and SEMH schools across Wigan. These schools support pupils who need extra help to access learning and achieve their potential — and you could be the key to helping them thrive.

About the Role:
As an LSA, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
* Help manage behaviour in a supportive and therapeutic way
* Collaborate with teaching staff, SENCOs, and therapists
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Support pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, trauma, and behavioural challenges

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
