Duties

* Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, merchandising, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
* Implement sales strategies to achieve targets while enhancing customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
* Maintain high standards of shop presentation and cleanliness.
* Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and payroll management.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the shop environment.
* Engage with customers to resolve issues or queries effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Requirements
* Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multilingual or bilingual capabilities being an advantage.
* Solid organisational skills with effective time management abilities.
* Experience in merchandising and sales management is highly desirable.
* Administrative experience is beneficial for handling operational tasks efficiently.
