The Role
As Senior Client Services Administrator, youll work closely with Financial Planners to ensure a seamless client experience and smooth day-to-day operations. Youll take ownership of workflows, use technology to streamline processes, and act as a trusted point of contact for clients, always communicating with clarity and care.
Youll also manage client records, process business, and oversee AML documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every stage. Beyond your core responsibilities, youll play a key role in supporting and mentoring team members, helping to drive continual improvement across the function.
What Youll Bring
Proven experience in financial planning or wealth management administration
Ideally CII, CISI, or LIBF qualified to Level 3 or above (or working towards it)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive, team-focused mindset and genuine passion for client service
