Customer Experience Manager
ATG Entertainment is proud to stand at the forefront of the live entertainment industry. We bring producers and creatives together to create unforgettable performances in landmark venues, including the Liverpool Empire Theatre – the largest two‑tier theatre in the country celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2025.
You will report to the Theatre Manager and lead a range of customer experience roles including the Deputy Customer Experience Manager, Hospitality and Events Manager, Assistant Customer Experience Manager and Cellarperson, as well as Duty Managers, Supervisors and Team Members. You will collaborate closely with the Hospitality and Risk teams at ATG Head Office and champion the development of your team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Customer Experience Team.
* Coordinate with venue colleagues across all departments to promote the venue’s vision.
* Manage day‑to‑day operations, including day, evening and weekend work, at full‑time level.
* Drive talent development and support the growth of the business.
* Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer engagement.
