We’re looking for friendly, reliable and proactive Reception Team Members to join our Front Office team on a zero-hour basis. Reception is the heartbeat of the hotel — setting the tone for every guest experience from arrival to departure. If you’re people-focused, organised and calm under pressure, you’ll fit right in.
Main Roles & Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and professionally, delivering a great first impression

Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately using hotel systems
*
Handle guest enquiries, requests and concerns with confidence and care
*
Process payments, billing and reservation amendments
*
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance and management teams
*
Maintain a clean, organised and professional reception area
*
Follow brand standards, cash handling and data protection procedures
*
Support with upselling where appropriate (rooms, upgrades, F&B)
*
Assist with problem-solving and guest recovery when required
*
Represent the Hilton brand with professionalism at all times

Clear verbal and written English

Reliable, punctual and flexible with shifts

Previous hotel or customer service experience helpful but not essential
Useful Experience

Hospitality, retail or customer service background
*
Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera/OnQ or similar)
*
Cash handling experience
*
Understanding of brand standards and guest service expectations
