As an Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind cultivating and nurturing a portfolio of lucrative clientele. You will use effective telephony-based Account Management techniques to build strong relationships with customers.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
* A good track record of working in a sales and account management environment
* Good negotiation and influencing skills
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
