Role
Project Manager / Lead Electrical Engineer for Power & Transmission OWF.
Tech Lead for power and transmission services for Offshore Wind Farm Design & Construction.
Lead and manage: electrical engineering, procurement and construction of power & transmission for offshore wind farms.
Offshore transmission systems provide the connections between an offshore wind farm, and the onshore electricity network. The offshore transmission system includes offshore and onshore cables and onshore and offshore sub-stations.
Working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on offshore wind projects (Tech input to Procurement, BD, Supply chains, tenders, bids, Design Engineers, Consultancies).
Wide ranging and key role where you will be expected to bring in new technology, increase efficiency and help win new business.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
* Education - Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
* FEED - managing engineering design teams for Offshore Wind projects
* Offshore Wind power and transmission projects
* Project Management.
* Knowledge of systems, processes and standards for delivery of Offshore Wind Farms
* Offshore Substation Platform
