Finance Analyst

Lusona are delighted to be partnering with an established, multi-entity business operating across a broad and dynamic portfolio to source suitable applicants for the role of ‘Finance Analyst’. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of reporting, performance insight, and cost analysis in a fast-paced and growing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly performance reporting, including P&L summaries and cost variance analysis
* Investigating anomalies and trends across operations, presenting clear insights and recommended actions
* Building and maintaining reporting dashboards and visual summaries to help senior leadership quickly identify business opportunities and risks
* Leading financial analysis across operational spend, pricing, and supplier performance
* Collaborating with operational stakeholders to implement changes that improve profitability and efficiency
* Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc commercial projects and strategic initiatives
Applicants will have:
* Proven experience in a commercial finance or analytical role, ideally in a fast-moving or multi-site environment
* Strong ability to work with and interpret large data sets
* Advanced Excel and reporting tool proficiency (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
* A proactive mindset and the confidence to challenge, influence and drive change
* Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own priorities
