The role
* Full 360 desk - managing your desk your own way! There is a lot of autonomy so ideally looking for someone who is proactive in building out their own client relationships and building out the desk.
* Ability to sell solution to clients - moving away from the transactional relationships
* Managing candidate relationships and processes - connecting and networking with passive and active candidates.
* As a senior consultant in the business, you will be seen as a role model and a build positive working relationships internally.
* Future leadership opportunities, progression down people management and individual contributor paths.
Who we are looking for
* Experience recruiting in the Accounting and Finance market ideally in Financial services - but not essential
* A minimum of 2 years proven experience in agency/contingency recruitment
* Proactive and creative strategies to winning new business and networking with clients.

* Flexibility – 2-3 days a week onsite with a 4.5 working day week as well as flexibility around 10am-4pm core hours
