Salary: £60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced QA Test Automation Engineer. We need strong web automation experience, ideally with Playwright. We value experience with mobile test automation, with WebDriverIO, Appium, and BrowserStack as a plus. We expect experience with TypeScript, Mocha, Cucumber, and Jira. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of QA end to end. We want someone who is curious about AI and large language models and enjoys problem solving. Experience in a highly collaborative environment is important. We are looking for someone able to help mature QA practices as we move toward medical device standards. A background in both manual and automated testing is preferred. Strong experience building and improving automation frameworks and strategies is required. Responsibilities: We will rely on you as our sole QA and owner of QA strategy end to end. We want you to focus on building and driving automation forward. You will work across both web and native mobile applications. You will build on existing QA processes and automation, and improve or redesign them where needed. You will balance manual and automated testing as needed. You will introduce useful structure and process without unnecessary overhead. You will work closely with developers and product in a collaborative environment. You will help mature our QA practices as we progress toward medical device standards. You will contribute to a strong end to end automation strategy supported by existing unit test coverage. You will make use of our existing tools and stack, including Playwright, WebDriverIO, Appium, BrowserStack, TypeScript, Mocha, Cucumber, Jira, and our in-house LLM test harness.
