The role
will include:
1. Drive financial performance and accountability across the division.
2. Lead financial analysis and reporting, providing insights into key drivers.
3. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor business performance.
4. Manage month-end close processes with offshore teams.
5. Own the P&L and Capex budgeting.
6. Drive and support strategic projects including pricing analysis and product profitability.

Alongside this mindset, you'll bring the following experience and capabilities:
7. Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
8. Proven experience in Finance, Business Partnering or Commercial Finance, with strong management accounting skills
9. Advanced analytical ability, able to interpret data, build impactful models, and tell the story behind the numbers
10. Background in e‑commerce preferred; retail or other fast‑paced, growth‑focused environments is also relevant.
11. Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI or similar desirable)
12. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with confidence challenging stakeholders
13. Highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
14. Experience working with Oracle is a plus
