We're looking for a part time Office Coordinator who thrives on keeping things running smoothly and loves being at the heart of a buzzing workplace. You'll oversee our Marlow and Warrington offices, making sure every detail, from maintenance to service provider - runs like clockwork. If you're organised, proactive, and take pride in creating a welcoming, efficient environment, this role's got your name on it.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of both offices, combining strong organisational skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. From managing services and coordinating logistics to supporting senior leaders and fostering a positive workplace environment, you'll ensure everything behind the scenes runs efficiently and seamlessly.
