We are looking for a Control Room Operator who demonstrates sound judgment and can engage with individuals at all levels, to join our Estates team at St Mary’s Kenmure, based in Bishopbriggs.
Key Responsibilities
As Control Room Operator, you will be responsible for:
1. Monitoring CCTV
2. Controlling movement within the location
3. Security and safety of all children, staff, family and professional visitors within the Secure Unit
4. Reception role to professionally meet, greet, welcome and advise visitors/guests
Requirements
5. Ability to remain calm
6. Effective communicator
7. Strong interpersonal skills
8. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others
Salary
9. The salary for this post is £28, per annum, based on a 37 hour working week, this post involves shift work covering days per year on a rotational basis including night shift.
