We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team at our busy textile recycling facility in the M6 area as a Junior Administrator. This role is an excellent opportunity to develop administrative skills and grow within a supportive workplace.
Role Overview
The Junior Administrator supports the smooth running of office operations, assisting senior staff with administrative tasks and ensuring day-to-day processes are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
· Answering phone calls, emails, and handling basic correspondence.
· Filing, photocopying, and document management.
· Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
· Assisting with scheduling meetings and diary management.
· Supporting recruitment administration (posting job adverts, arranging interviews).
· Helping with stock control, stationery orders, and office supplies.
· Providing general support to managers and colleagues as required.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong organisational and time-management skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good communication skills (written and verbal).
· Basic IT proficiency (Word, Excel, email systems).
· Ability to prioritise and multitask.
· Willingness to learn and develop.
Qualifications
· GCSEs or equivalent; further education or admin-related training is an advantage.
· Previous admin experience desirable but not essential.
