Bank Pharmacist – Northwest Ramsay Hospitals - Bank Hours
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacist to join our dynamic pharmacy team within the Northwest Ramsay Hospitals on a flexible bank basis.
This medicines management-focused role is ideal for a candidate seeking a new and rewarding challenge.
As a Bank Pharmacist, you will work as an integral part of the wider clinical team, delivering a high standard of efficient, patient-centred care. You will be expected to adhere to Ramsay’s policies and procedures to support the best possible clinical outcomes for our patients.
Conduct Medicine reconciliations and drug chart clinical screening for inpatients
Ensure the safe and secure management of pharmaceutical stock, including procurement
Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals
Monitor and report on compliance with medicines management Policies
Current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacist
Flexibility to work across multiple hospital sites within the region
