Corporate Finance Manager / Associate Director

Our client is a highly successful and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance boutique experiencing strong growth across its East and South Midlands offices. They are seeking talented individuals based in areas such as East Midlands, Milton Keynes, or Cambridge to support this continued expansion. Opportunities are available at Manager, Associate Director, and potentially Director level.
The Role
You will play a key role in delivering a broad range of mid-market Corporate Finance transactions, including:
* Management Buyouts (MBOs) and Management Buy-Ins (MBIs)
* Acquisitions and company disposals
* Strategic advisory assignments
You will be involved across the full deal lifecycle, with responsibilities including:
* Preparing businesses for sale
* Producing high-quality financial information and business plans (including private equity routes)
* Conducting buyer research and pre-screening
* Approaching and engaging with selected buyers
* Supporting the assessment of bidders
* Assisting with legal processes and deal completion
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
* ACA qualification (or equivalent), ideally trained within a leading firm
* Several years of post-qualified experience in a deals-focused environment
* A strong track record in mid-market Corporate Finance or a similar environment (e.g. Investment Banking)
* Excellent academic background
* Strong communication skills, with a confident and articulate approach
* A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
