Our Warehouse Loaders play a vital role in ensuring our stores receive accurate, timely deliveries; helping us provide great value to customers across more than 340 stores, seven days a week.
About the Role
You’ll work 40 hours per week across five 8‑hour night shifts, 10pm–6am, on a two‑week rolling rota with every other weekend off.
Working within our Freezer, Chilled, or Ambient chambers, you’ll load cages of stock onto vehicles ready for delivery to stores. This is a hands‑on, active role where you’ll work to targets and contribute directly to the smooth running of our distribution operation.
Key Responsibilities
12. Load store delivery cages accurately and efficiently
13. Work within Freezer (down to -25°C), Chilled, or Ambient environments with full PPE provided
14. Manage your time effectively to achieve loading targets and performance standards
15. Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity
16. Follow all Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
