Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage fee income and all aspects of commercial property work, including sales, purchases, leases, and agricultural matters.
2. Identify opportunities for improvement and innovate service delivery.
3. Build and maintain strong, profitable client relationships to ensure departmental success.
4. Consistently provide a high level of service to meet client expectations.
5. Supervise a two-year qualified solicitor, providing support on client files.
6. Assist in raising the profile of the department and enhancing the firm's reputation.
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. Solid experience in commercial property law.
8. Ideally 5+ years PQE, but candidates with 2-4 years PQE will also be considered.
9. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
10. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay focused under pressure.
11. Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills.
12. A proactive approach to decision-making and taking ownership of responsibilities.
