We are currently seeking three Hospital Sales & Training Managers to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced NHSS clinician or manager in the infection control, medical waste or clinical lead disciplines. We seek individuals who are passionate about improving safety and dramatically reducing the carbon footprint of medical waste.
We seek individuals to cover the following areas: the Highlands, the Lowlands and the Southern uplands.
About the Role
In this field-based role, you will:
* Promote our innovative, sustainable sharps container systems across NHS and private hospital settings.
* Deliver engaging, hands-on training to healthcare professionals to ensure effective and safe product use.
* Support hospitals during product trials and post-implementation to drive successful adoption.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a key contact during product rollout.
About You
We’re looking for a confident and driven individual who brings a mix of sales acumen, training skills, and customer focus. You’ll need to demonstrate:
* 10-15 years working within NHSS
* Experience in managing clinical waste, policy and training
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* A persuasive, engaging approach with strong relationship-building capabilities
* Confidence, persistence, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
* Organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with commercial awareness and business insight
* Proficiency in general IT and admin tasks
* The ability to work under pressure and manage a varied workload
* A full, clean UK driving licence
* Willingness to travel (including occasional overnight stays)
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in hospital training, sales, or a customer-facing role
* A degree or equivalent professional qualification
