* 70 % IAF on all initial advice fee income

* Manage and develop an existing client bank
* Deliver compliant financial advice across pensions, investments, and protection
* Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
* Generate new business through both personal and supported channels
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver a high‑quality client experience
