Responsibilities

:
1. We're seeking a future team member to join our Client Onboarding function! As a Client Onboarding Associate, you'll be responsible for onboarding clients whilst adhering to regulatory requirements and ensuring a smooth and exceptional client experience.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
2. Conduct AML/CFT Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews and risk assessments for both new-to-bank and existing customers.
3. Oversee the AML/CDD elements of Business Banking account setup, ensuringpliance with all relevant regulations.
4. Manage customer expectations through clear, proactivemunication, ensuring both speed of delivery and Momentum are maintained.
5. Operate in accordance with the Bank's Risk Management Framework and relevantpliance policies, escalating issues promptly to the line manager as required.
6. Perform BAU (business-as-usual) and ad hoc administrative tasks to support team objectives.

What we're looking for:
7. Experience working in the financial service sector (ideally inmercial lending or banking).
8. Working knowledge of unpackingplex corporate structures with connections to non-transparent jurisdictions.
9. Good understanding and experience of AML/KYC, CDD/EDD.
10. Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
11. Strong interpersonal and exemplarymunication skills (written as well as verbal).
12. Enjoys working in a team environment.
13. Can prioritise and manage workflows and multi-task.
14. Resilience and the ability to work under pressure and to pressing deadlines/SLAs.
15. Desire to go the extra mile to delight our customers.


Nice to haves:
16. Advanced excel knowledge.
17. Working knowledge of AEOI & FSCS requirements.
18. Experience working with private equity / real estate investment vehicles.
19. Ability to understand financial statements.
