Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday (weekend flexibility required)

Key Responsibilities
As Operations Manager, you'll be a key figure in ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, and to the highest standards. Your role will include:
Leading and coordinating multiple construction projects across various sites
Managing site teams and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and accountability
Implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and project delivery
Monitoring budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborating with senior leadership to align operational goals with business objectives
