Role Overview:
We are seeking a warm, polished, and highly organised individual to lead our in-store hospitality at the Thom Sweeney Townhouse. This role is central to the client experience, ensuring every visitor is welcomed with exceptional service and a sense of comfort and sophistication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and guests, offering a warm and professional welcome
* Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and a selection of drinks from our in-store bar
* Curate a luxury hospitality experience aligned with the Thom Sweeney brand
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all client-facing areas
* Manage and replenish hospitality and bar stock levels, placing orders as needed
* Coordinate with the retail and tailoring teams to ensure seamless service during appointments
* Work 5 days per week, including Saturdays, with some flexibility required around events
Candidate Profile:
* Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or private member clubs preferred
* Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
* Confident, discreet, and customer-focused
* Comfortable preparing and serving beverages including alcoholic drinks
* Organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail
* A team player who understands the importance of discretion and client confidentiality
