Overview
Teacher of Maths – Ferndown Upper School. Permanent position. Full time or part time hours will be considered. To start January 2026 or September 2026.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching of Mathematics across key stages, with the possibility to teach A Level given the necessary expertise.
* Contribute to the Maths department’s attainment and progress, supporting students who choose to continue Maths at A Level and beyond.
* Engage in a supportive school environment with a focus on student behaviour and high expectations.
* Utilise centralised resources and shared units of work; participate in ongoing CPD and career development opportunities.
* Support a centralised, robust behaviour system and use centralised detentions to underpin behaviour and maximise teaching time.

Qualifications and Experience
