Job Description
A Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing guest requests in a timely manner.
What will I be doing?
As a Room Attendant, you will be required to manage guest requests and perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
1. Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms
2. Vacuum rooms and corridors
3. Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
4. Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
5. Restock and maintain trolley on a daily basis
6. Report any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and ensure they are replaced or repaired to maintain guest satisfaction
7. Ensure all equipment inside and around guest rooms and in work areas is in working condition
8. Be environmentally aware and dispose of waste accordingly
9. Manage guest requests promptly and efficiently
10. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
11. Carry out lost property procedures
12. Assist other departments as necessary and maintain good working relationships
