SAP Technical Writer – Pharma - £350 pd Outside IR35
We’re looking for an experienced SAP Technical Writer to develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly Working Instructions for end users. In this role, you’ll translate complex SAP S/4HANA processes into step-by-step guidance that supports business teams in executing their tasks with confidence.
What you’ll do:
* Create high-quality Working Instructions using a structured template
* Translate SAP S/4HANA process steps into clear, practical user guidance
* Work closely with project teams to ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with business processes
* Meet tight deadlines and deliver documentation that is consistent, precise, and easy to follow
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience writing Working Instructions or technical documentation
* Strong Finance background (Planning & Budgeting, O2C, P2P, etc.)
* Hands-on experience documenting S/4HANA business processes
* Comfortable working with digital tools and the Microsoft Office suite
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to structured templates
* Ability to follow project plans and work under time pressure
Nice to have:
* Experience with large-scale S/4HANA implementations
* Pharmaceutical industry experience
* Knowledge of SAP Enable Now
Rate: £350 per day Outside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Location: Mainly remote, ad hoc travel to Luton
